Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting a Mobile Service Technician to support an electric vehicle industry client. The role involves hands-on automotive repair, customer interaction, and independent field service work across assigned territories.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain EVs, manage parts, document activity, and help with service-center support as needed. A valid license and HV/LV knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Knowledge of EV systems, including High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger service team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair electric vehicles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Perform vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Manage parts ordering, returns, and inventory as needed.
• Document repair activity accurately using service software and repair orders.
• Support service center operations when business demands require.
• Plan daily routes and appointments within your assigned territory.
