LG Electronics is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Quality Warranty team in the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for quality issues on e-PT components (Inverter, Converter, Motor) returned from customers, performing analysis, repair and root cause investigations.

You will manage warranty operations, coordinate with plants and suppliers, lead containment and APQP/PPAP activities, and report findings with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Electrical/Electronics applications or test engineering.
• Knowledge of quality engineering root cause analysis and APQP/PPAP basics.

Responsabilités

• Act as the direct contact for quality area of e-PT components returned from customers.
• Lead warranty center operations: shipping/receiving, analysis, repair/refurbishment, validation.
• Oversee all quality issues for e-PT components and manage RMA processes.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
