Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Remanufacturing Technician in Kentucky to disassemble and reassemble field-return EV components, record condition, and document data to track reliability and quality. You will work closely with production, service, and product teams in a safety‑conscious, collaborative environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to identify electrical and mechanical EV components, basic HV testing, and proficiency with hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Identify EV propulsion components (electrical & mechanical).
• Basic HV electrical testing knowledge.
• Operate hand tools including torque wrenches.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to meet output requirements.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, record conditions, and assemble field return parts.
• Support cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
• Assist Sr. Remanufacturing Technicians with tests and end-of-line checks.
• Inspect, identify, and report inspection findings.
• Meet production goals and support 5S safety practices.
• Document repairs completed and in process; travel as needed.
