Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Remanufacturing Technician in Kentucky to disassemble and reassemble powertrain components returned from service centers. You will safely record the condition of parts and data for reliability tracking, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve build issues and drive continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, quality focus, and teamwork, with opportunities across prototype to production phases.

Qualifications

• Identify electrical and mechanical components used in EV propulsion systems.
• Understand testing of low or high voltage circuits.
• Record condition and document repairs and tests clearly.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble field return parts with accuracy.
• Record condition of components during disassembly.
• Support cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues.
• Assist with part receiving tests, repairs, and end-of-line tests.
• Promote a safe and organized working environment (5S).
• Travel up to 5% may be required.
