Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ years of direct leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience overseeing engineers or technical program managers.
  • Experience and demonstrated knowledge of electrical modules, PCB/circuit design (DCDC’s, Ultracapacitors).
  • Experience in leading electrical modules through the launch process to production, with ability to communicate under pressure.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering electrical modules to production.
  • 3+ years of experience in component design and release.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and strong communication with senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated with strategic planning and multi-tasking skills.
  • Cost and quality mindset for process optimization and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers through low-voltage power supply module hardware from design to launch.
  • Drive program execution with rigorous sign-offs and documentation to meet quality requirements.
  • Own GPDS milestone management for Electronics Module applications and PM timelines.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for packaging and electrical design.
  • Facilitate trade-off discussions with stakeholders for robust reviews and optimal outcomes.
  • Interface with module suppliers on timing plans and packaging locations.
  • Manage requirements, DCRs, ESOWs, and other program deliverables.
  • Support vehicle-level testing (garage testing, wind tunnel).
