Job summary

Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI, seeks a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team focused on integrating low‑voltage power supply hardware for next‑gen vehicles. You will guide engineers and project managers from architecture through launch, ensuring quality, timing, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires hands‑on experience with DCDC converters, ultracapacitors, and capacitors, plus a proven track record in producing electrical modules to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading engineers or technical program managers.
• Experience with electrical modules and production launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through low‑voltage power supply module hardware design and launch.
• Drive program execution with strong documentation and sign‑offs to meet quality requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design and packaging issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment on timing, architecture and resources.
• Interface with module suppliers on timing and project milestones; support vehicle architecture teams.
• Manage requirements, DCRs, ESOWs, and other program deliverables; support vehicle testing.
• Review SDS testing, owner/workshop manuals and respond to issues through closure.
• Contribute to cost optimization and design efficiency through TVM studies.
