• Maintain operating procedures, controls alignment, and service level expectations across credit, funding, and servicing.
• Identify and deliver EV-centric process improvements that reduce friction and scale operations.
• Lead intake, prioritization, escalation, and decision governance across functional partners.
• Partner with controls teams to ensure evidence-ready and audit-ready processes and drive remediation.
• Monitor operational risks, control gaps, and servicing defects and escalate as needed.
• Translate insights from industry trends and customer feedback into operational improvements.
• Develop senior-level materials for executive committee meetings and business reviews.
• Manage communications and deployment plans with stakeholders for readiness and execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
