Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager for EVP Strategy & Operations in Consumer Banking. You will shape the strategy for the Elder and Vulnerable segment and own the narrative, performance management, and cross-functional delivery for a critical customer group.

You will translate insights into actionable priorities, partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Customer Experience, and drive a sequenced roadmap with executive-level alignment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical leadership role.
Demonstrated experience defining strategy, operating models, or business priorities at a segment, portfolio, or enterprise level.
Strong ability to translate complex data and insights into clear strategic direction and executive-level communication.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building structure where it does not yet exist.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Shape segment strategy and long-term vision for older customers, identifying opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and differentiated customer experiences.
Translate customer and behavioral insights into priorities with clear objectives, operating principles, and measurable outcomes to guide execution; serve as a champion for the customer across the business.
Drive end-to-end execution by partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, Branch, Risk, Finance, Strategy, and Customer Experience to convert strategy into a sequenced roadmap and delivery plan.
Lead analytics and research on demographic trends, customer needs, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics; convert findings into recommendations, business cases, and prioritized actions.
Monitor segment performance against KPIs and strategic objectives; identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive course correction and efficiency improvements.
Develop executive-level communications (readouts, narratives, dashboards) and represent the team in cross-functional forums to align stakeholders around shared goals.
