Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in Portfolio Management Group to own end-to-end trade lifecycle from pre-trade analysis to post-trade review for discretionary investments.

You will partner with investment, trading, and operations teams to ensure best execution, risk controls, and efficient implementation across the managed platform, while driving initiatives to enhance offerings and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 7–12 years in financial services; wealth mgmt experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment solutions and markets.
• Proven stakeholder relationship and collaboration skills.
• Experience in risk/control environments and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; CFA progress preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for approved trade ideas—from pre-trade analysis to post-trade review.
• Ensure adherence to risk controls, fair allocation, and best execution standards.
• Communicate trade plans and nuances to Global Portfolio Management team.
• Maintain daily trade lifecycle communications with internal/external partners.
• Conduct post-trade reviews, document learnings, and manage exceptions.
• Drive initiatives to improve implementation efficiency and client outcomes.
