Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of energy policy experience at federal or state level.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; understanding of energy markets and policy trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to tackle strategic, analytical, administrative, and partnership work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate federal and state energy policy proposals and translate into commercial implications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop policy positions and engagement strategies.
• Design and execute partnerships, grants, and events to support energy policy goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of key projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare reports, slides, and communications for internal and external audiences.
