Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Business preferred.
• 7–12+ years of progressive sales or business development experience.
• 3–4 years managing dealer, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets via direct and channel sales.
• Experience scoping and closing project-based sales with installation or services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard dealer and distribution partners across the territory.
• Develop dealer business plans with sales targets and quarterly reviews.
• Support dealer teams with training, joint customer visits, and sales support.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
