Job summary

Ever is hiring an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and merchandising workflow for used EVs. You will work remotely with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations teams to review data, coordinate corrections, and publish listings across Ever’s platforms and third-party sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising, with EV knowledge and VIN reconciliation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Familiarity with EV makes, trims, range and battery details.
• Experience with dealer inventory/merchandising platforms like vAuto.
• Ability to reconcile VIN records using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage listing workflow from arrival through publication.
• Review photos for required angles and consistency; request corrections.
• Create and audit listings by VIN with EV-specific details.
• Maintain accurate vehicle status in inventory systems.
• Monitor listings across Ever site and third-party marketplaces; fix issues.
• Track aged/stalled units and escalate pricing or disposition decisions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and report on listing timeliness.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to improve handoffs.
