Job summary

Ever is seeking an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and merchandising workflow for used EVs. You will collaborate remotely with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations to ensure accurate listings and timely publication across Ever’s site and partner marketplaces.

You will review vehicle data and photos, coordinate corrections, and maintain consistent listing standards from arrival to live listings, with growth opportunities into pricing or wholesale as

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Knowledge of EV makes, trims, range and battery information.
• Experience with dealer inventory platforms (e.g., vAuto).
• Ability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN using spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and remote collaboration.
• Clear written communication across locations while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate listing workflow from vehicle arrival through photography, review, and publication; track blockers and fixes.
• Perform final photo review for angles, count, clarity, and consistency; request retakes or corrections.
• Create and audit listings by VIN, checking trim, features, mileage, and EV details.
• Keep vehicle status in inventory systems, including transfers and relistings.
• Monitor listings on Ever site and third-party marketplaces; fix missing photos and syndication errors.
• Track aged units and escalate pricing or disposition decisions to the owner.
• Maintain merchandising standards and report listing timeliness and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams across locations to improve handoffs and inventory projects.
