Job summary

Ever, a San Francisco-based EV retailer, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to own F&I for in-person and digital vehicle purchases. You will structure financing, present protection products, and work with a broad lender network to guide deals from contract to funding.

You will educate customers on EV incentives, maintain lender relationships, and ensure compliance while delivering a transparent, consultative buying experience across nationwide transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive F&I experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven success structuring and closing finance deals and presenting F&I products.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred: Spanish or Chinese; Cantonese not required.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options, service contracts, warranties, and protection products to customers in person or remotely.
• Conduct F&I consultations nationwide with a transparent, consultative approach.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize financing deals through digital and in-store workflows.
• Submit credit applications, evaluate lender programs, and secure competitive terms.
• Manage lender relationships and funds with accuracy and speed.
• Review deal jackets and docs for accuracy before contracting and funding.
• Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Track F&I performance metrics such as penetration, gross profit, and funding timelines.
