Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent grads.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers, on mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn EV framework, tools, and repair workflows under senior technician mentorship.
• Follow procedures safely and document repairs thoroughly for internal/external use.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
