Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations, traveling within the designated territory. You will operate with a provided service van and the necessary tools, with support from a nearby service location.

You will maintain expertise in High Voltage, Low Voltage and EV powertrains, deliver exceptional customer service, and document all vehicle interactions in our software.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and EV powertrain.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Work directly with clients to provide a high level of customer experience.
• Effectively document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Perform walk-around and write-up processes to accurately assess client needs.
