Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs in a dynamic field role. Based in New York, the position may involve travel to customer sites, production plant, or service centers, with a shift pattern and 15% evening differential.

You will diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles, document work, and stay current with Rivian’s EV framework. The role is open to multiple experience levels, requires driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong customer-facing

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and inspect Rivian vehicles in field or service center.
• Explain Rivian EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures accurately and safely.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
