You will work with Service, Vehicle, and Delivery Operations teams, with potential to transition from remote to on-site as needed. The ideal candidate brings automotive repair experience, familiarity with high and low voltage systems, and the ability to document repairs

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduates of accredited automotive repair programs preferred.
• 5+ years experience in traditional automotive repair shop preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to read electrical schematics and diagnose vehicle systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles as assigned.
• Support vehicle repairs outside service centers as needed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Handle parts ordering, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Stay current with technical skills and required training.
• Provide service support to field and service teams as needed.
• Document repairs clearly and accurately.
