Job summary

Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work under mentorship to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, with flexibility for remote work, mobile service, or plant support as needed.

Based at a local service center, you will collaborate with senior technicians, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• 0-3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks, or experience in fast-paced start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Service & Repair: Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Technical Guidance & Learning: Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct road tests after repairs to verify quality and safety; manage parts operations and costs.
