Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Sr. Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field. You will travel to client locations, work with a service van, and support service centers with in-house tools.

The role emphasizes performance, sustainability, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 4+ years as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician, ASE certifications, HV/LV experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) – (Required)
• Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and EV powertrains
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Ability to perform advanced EV repairs at partner locations and Service Centers.
• Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and general EV systems.
• Follow correct repair order documentation procedures.
• Effectively communicate with service team and customers.
• Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties.
• Accurately document client concerns for diagnosis and repair.
• Invoice and collect payment.
• Perform customer service duties such as scheduling appointments and updating customers on repair status.
• Travel to client locations within assigned territory.
