You will work under senior technicians and support EV repairs, inspections, and field service at local service centers, with flexibility for remote work or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under mentorship.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow technically.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Service & Repair: Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Technical Guidance & Learning: Learn to identify and explain Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Procedure & Safety Adherence: Follow repair procedures and safety standards without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Parts & Operations Management: Assist with parts ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed notes for all repairs.
• Customer Interaction: Engage professionally with customers and suppliers at facilities or events.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process areas for improvement and participate in service campaigns.
• Professional Growth: Stay current with evolving technical skills and training.
