Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in the automotive or electrical industries.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, TEAMS) and field reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair Orange EV vehicles in the field.
• Record all service activity accurately in the service records.
• Communicate findings and updates to customers and third-party providers.
• Coordinate with site managers on charging infrastructure logistics and timing.
• Support sales and marketing with technical insights and field data.
• Travel as required for initial training and to meet service goals.
