Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in the automotive or electrical industries.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at a systems level.
• Represent Orange EV in a highly professional manner.
• Use Remote Monitoring System to plan service and priorities.
• Record all service activity in the service records system.
• Communicate with customers and providers to escalate issues.
• Coordinate with site manager and electrician on charging infra.
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and report findings.
• Support customers and third-party technicians with repairs.
• Provide secure space for tools, parts and equipment.
• Deliver operator and maintenance training; assist sales.
• Travel as needed for training and achieving team goals.
