Rivian is seeking an entry to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experience. You’ll support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, mentored by senior techs. Role includes service center work, mobile routes, and potential plant support as needs evolve.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well, and embraces innovation and adventure. Some travel and remote work may be involved.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair program preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive shop or technical setting.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Learn product line and EV framework under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures ensuring quality and safety.
• Road-test vehicles post-repair to verify quality.
• Support parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory, expenses.
• Maintain detailed repair documentation.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Identify process improvements and campaigns.
• Pursue required training and grow technical skills with minimal supervision.
