Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Advisor IV in Katy, TX to own the customer journey, educating and inspiring customers through in-person interactions, phone, text and email channels, and to help build the Rivian community. This role focuses on personalized touchpoints and delivering memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty and conversion.

Qualifications

• Preferred 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity customer engagement cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs such as demo drive volume and conversion.
• Ensure customer experience at your location is best-in-class and aligned with Rivian’s values.
• Proactively engage and support leads across stages of the customer journey.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on Rivian products and services.
