Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Advisor IV in Bellevue, WA to join our Field Sales organization. You will own the customer journey across in-person, education drives, phone, text, and email, delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty and conversion.

You will educate customers on Rivian products, maintain deep product knowledge, and help build a healthy pipeline through high-touch service and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-velocity customer engagement cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs such as demo drives, pipeline management, conversion support, customer satisfaction, and NPS.
• Ensure customer experience at your location is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values.
• Proactively engage, qualify, and support leads across stages of the customer journey to increase satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
• Provide static and dynamic product demonstrations, asking open-ended questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain and share in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide customers in decision-making.
