Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-velocity customer engagement cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with continuous iteration and change.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Provide in-person product demonstrations and educate customers on Rivian products.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to grow Rivian's community.
• Support and motivate teammates, share best practices and feedback.
