Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years in mechanical design.
- Experience leading powertrain development from concept to production launch.
- Strong knowledge of EDUs, ICE engines, HV/LV electrical systems, and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Powertrain systems such as EDUs, Gen-sets, and ICEs.
- Decompose complex problems and mentor junior engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Set standards, guidelines, and best practices for powertrain tasks (FEA, hand calcs, design rules).
- Support new clean-sheet projects with novel, first-principles solutions.
- Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to build prototypes for validation.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to cross-functional audiences.
