Job summary

Harbinger Motors in California seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Powertrain to lead design, development and implementation of automated manufacturing for EDU and electrified chassis. You’ll scale from concept to high‑volume production with a hands‑on leadership style.

You bring 10+ years in high‑precision EV drivetrain or automotive assembly, with a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics background and strong CAD/automation tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 10+ years in advanced manufacturing engineering with 8+ years in EV drivetrain assembly.
• Proven leadership of multi‑million dollar equipment projects with safety and quality focus.
• Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/CATIA) and experience with Delmia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement long‑term equipment strategy for EV Powertrain lines.
• Lead full equipment lifecycle from concept to high‑volume production.
• Drive process flow, layout, and utility integration for new lines.
