Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to own the programmatic mechanics of a vehicle program, including schedule tracking, risk and issue management, and cross-functional coordination. You will keep the Chief Engineer focused on technical authority while surfacing risks early and aligning leadership on program status.

Responsibilities include tracking timelines for SRR, CODR, PDR, and CDR, reporting to leadership and customers, and coordinating with Finance,

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware/engineering programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to build and maintain schedule, risk, and dependency tracking trusted by technical leadership.
• Ability to surface risks and bad news early, not smoothing over issues.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Clear written and verbal communication for concise leadership status updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program mechanics: schedule, risk/issue register, reviews.
• Report program status, milestones, and KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate SRR, CODR, PDR, CDR timelines with Chief Engineer.
• Monitor program cost and budget with Finance.
• Escalate risks with data to leadership and department heads.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Staffing.
