Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Product Line Program Manager to join our Program Management Office. You will coordinate, manage, and communicate the status of engineering programs across the organization as we launch and produce innovative product lines.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Programs, you will drive gate reviews, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality, and develop dashboards to track performance and risks through successful launches.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years in a program management role within a technical sector (automotive experience a plus).
• Startup experience is advantageous; experience with product launches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and deliver program activities per NPI process; lead gate reviews.
• Develop program dashboards with KPIs and report to exec leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and launch successfully.
