You will handle inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media, guiding customers through product selection and order processing while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. The role emphasizes problem-solving and teamwork across departments.

• Resolve complaints, escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate with product, shipping, and sales to resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers to improve their experience.
