MaziCTools is hiring a Tesla Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer support to Tesla owners. This role involves assisting customers through inbound calls and chats, ensuring they receive a great experience while addressing their vehicle-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applicable customer service experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic automotive concepts related to towing and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by taking inbound calls and/or chats for vehicle help.
• Provide a consistently great experience to our customers each day.
• Accurately file issues and records into the CRM/Vehicle Support System.
