Job summary

VoltiE Group is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist (L3) in Miramar, FL, to take ownership of complex escalations involving EV chargers and related systems. You will investigate hardware, networking, embedded systems, software, and cloud services using diagnostics, logs, and runbooks.

The role requires strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or related fields.
• Experience with hardware, networking, software, and cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations from investigation through resolution and validation.
• Investigate issues across hardware, networking, embedded systems, software, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, cloud, field service, installation, and operations teams.
• Document findings and preventive solutions to reduce recurrence.
