Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience with electrical or technical hardware systems.
• Experience in product support with remote troubleshooting is preferred.
• Proficient with AI tools to assist troubleshooting research, documentation and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and contractor management abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical O&M manuals.
• Self-learning and ability to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for green energy.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues at JOLT EV charging stations and monitor asset performance.
• Serve as escalation point for customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate commissioning checks and ensure units meet specifications before go-live.
• Refine procedures to improve installation, user experience, and leverage AI for optimization.
