Job summary

Minit Charger in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in EV Charging Systems. This deeply technical role involves troubleshooting high-power hardware, IoT connectivity, and fleet management software. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of technical support experience, a strong background in AC/DC power systems, and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications

3–5+ years in technical support or field service experience, preferably in EV charging or power electronics.
Understanding of AC/DC power, high/low voltage systems, and proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
Knowledge of CAN protocol, embedded systems, and analog/digital systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues for EV chargers and backend management platforms.
Conduct onsite diagnostics and configuration for new charging stations.
Monitor station performance to proactively identify anomalies.
Maintain detailed case records and contribute to internal documentation.
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements.
