Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical, EV charging, or related field service technician role.
• Familiarity with Level 2 EVSE and DC Fast Charger systems (ChargePoint, ABB, BTC Power, or similar).
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, low‑voltage wiring, and network communications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — travel to job sites required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; EV‑specific certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot EV charging stations and related electrical infrastructure
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on Level 2 and DC Fast Charging (DCFC) equipment
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and system performance checks
• Coordinate with network operations teams to resolve connectivity and software‑related issues
• Document service activities, site conditions, and equipment status using field service management tools
• Communicate professionally with site hosts, property managers, and customers during field visits
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and company protocols
