Job summary

ABB is seeking a dynamic Consultant for Energy & Carbon Services in the United States to drive new business opportunities in the EV charging ecosystem. You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—building strategic relationships with operators, developers, and fleet owners to grow ABB's EV infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in EV, electrification, or related sectors and a proven ability to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years quota-carrying sales or BD with targets.
• Experience owning revenue goals, quotas or budgets.
• Proven track record in EV charging, electrification or related infra.
• Existing network with charge point operators or fleet operators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and grow ABB's customer base through prospecting, networking, industry involvement, and relationship building.
• Own the complete commercial process from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with charge point operators, developers, fleet operators, retailers, and other EV ecosystem participants.
• Grow pipeline and deliver assigned revenue and sales objectives while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent ABB at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence and identify new opportunities.
