Job summary

ABB E-mobility is seeking a Sales Engineer for AI Agents supporting EV charging RFPs and tenders. The role blends sales engineering with applied AI and systems integration, focusing on multi-site deployments and complex pricing.

You will work closely with sales, proposals, and IT to create effective agent-driven workflows. The position is hybrid, with hubs in Montreal or Charlotte and flexibility for global collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in sales engineering or technical bid management in relevant industries.
• Experience supporting complex RFPs/tenders with pricing and compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM data models and proposal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate RFP scope into AI agent requirements for proposals.
• Review agent outputs, correct technical and commercial content, ensure tender compliance.
• Configure AI agent workflows for intake, requirement extraction, blueprint matching, pricing, and drafting.
• Own integration between agent tooling, intake, ERP/CRM systems, and master data.
• Act as bridge between sales and IT/Salesforce admins, translating needs into system specs.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries and product/site blueprints for proposals.
• Track agent KPIs and iterate designs based on results.
