Job summary

ABB E-mobility is seeking an E-mobility Service Coordinator to ensure reliability and performance of EV charging infrastructure. You will coordinate service activities, support field engineers, and act as the trusted contact for customers, contributing to a growing sustainable mobility business.

The role is hybrid and open to candidates in Virginia, requiring 3+ years in service coordination or related roles and a technical/engineering background.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field and 3+ years in service coordination or similar.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized with good time management.
• Experience across multiple systems and data management tools.
• Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in electrical/EV charging industry is desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and CRM systems preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests, inquiries, and service calls with timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule field service activities: technician assignments, parts, logistics, resources.
• Serve as communication hub between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure activities meet SLAs and contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Create, manage, and monitor work orders from quotation to closure.
• Assess requests and assign appropriate service category (project, demand, campaign, warranty).
• Maintain accurate records and timely system updates to support operations.
• Adjust schedules and priorities as needed; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Share insights with Product Management and Sales to drive improvements.
