Job summary

Electrify America seeks a Technical Field Service Manager to support DC fast‑charging hardware across the network. You will serve as the primary technical liaison with OEMs, diagnose complex issues, and guide field teams with actionable guidance.

Travel is required (~20%), and you will collaborate with Engineering, NOC, Commissioning, and service vendors to ensure safe, reliable operation of charging equipment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of DC fast-charging equipment and electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting multi-OEM EV charging hardware.
• Ability to translate OEM docs into field guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide OEM liaison and primary technical support for charger and related equipment.
• Analyze field data, diagnostics and faults to identify corrective actions.
• Lead escalation with OEMs, Engineering, and field teams as needed.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge materials.
• Coordinate parts, repairs, and warranty actions with manufacturers.
