Job summary

Eranovum seeks an Operations Technician based in France to ensure the readiness, commissioning and maintenance of 300+ charging points. You will lead vendor relationships, monitor performance, and optimize uptime across the network while coordinating with the Asset Management strategy.

Fluent English and French are mandatory for international coordination; Spanish knowledge is a plus. The role includes initial setup, diagnostics, and potential on-call involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance, operational management and diagnostics of electrical/telecom equipment.
• Experience handling a large charging point network is a strong asset.
• Technical degree in electrical/electronic/automation fields or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement SOPs and improve processes across 300+ CP network for uptime and efficiency.
• Manage TSPs and contractors to meet SLAs and 99%+ uptime targets.
• Monitor KPIs and control O&M costs with accurate invoicing oversight.
• Oversee commissioning of AC/DC charging stations and verification of installations.
• Provide Level 2 support and participate in on-call rotations if required.
• Supervise maintenance quality and perform preventive/corrective tasks as needed.
• Use CSMS/OCPP to diagnose remotely and perform network management tasks.
• Coordinate projects with suppliers to meet French standards (IRVE, NF C 15-100).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
