Job summary

Electric Era Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technician to support the commissioning and maintenance of battery-backed DC fast charging stations. The role splits roughly 50/50 between maintenance and commissioning, with travel across the U.S. for onsite work and collaboration with engineers, logistics, and vendors.

You will lead field work, document all activities, and ensure safety and reliability to meet NEC/OSHA standards while contributing to nationwide EV charging scalability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade certificate required.
• At least 4 years in commercial/industrial electrical systems maintenance.
• Proficient in documenting work and using MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document work per procedures and test instructions.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and components.
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. for onsite maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and inspect their work per company standards.
• Lead contractors during commissioning and maintenance operations.
• Work safely on high‑voltage 480V systems with proper PPE and lockout/tagout.
