Job summary

Crossley Scott is seeking an EV Charging Regional Sales Manager to lead Benelux expansion, with responsibility for select neighbouring markets. This is a remote, high-visibility role requiring strategic development, partner onboarding and closing complex B2B deals.

You will build the market by identifying customers, forging alliances with CPOs, EPCs and installers, and translating market insights into revenue growth across AC and DC charging solutions, while travelling across Europe.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven knowledge of the EV charging, e-mobility, energy or related infrastructure market.
• Existing relationships with CPOs, EPCs, installers, energy companies or fleet operators.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Benelux and neighbouring markets.
• Identify and acquire new strategic customers and business partners.
• Build relationships with CPOs, EPCs, installers, energy companies and fleets.
• Drive sales of AC and DC charging hardware.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
