Job summary

Kempower seeks a Fleet Charging Sales Manager to drive revenue across the Northwest North America and Canada, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. You will position modular DC fast charging solutions, software, and services to fleets, transforming transit, logistics, municipal, and corporate operations.

We value 3–5+ years of B2B consultative sales, strong technical aptitude, and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B consultative technical sales experience.
• Experience with EV infrastructure, power electronics, fleet telematics, or energy systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture complex, multi-site fleet opportunities with consultative sales strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to align hardware, software, and services with customer site constraints.
• Lead negotiations, RFP responses, site assessments, and executive presentations to secure long-term contracts.
