RetailSonar seeks an Experienced Customer Intelligence Consultant to join our Ghent team, guiding international CPO clients from onboarding to long-term strategic success. The role blends client advisory work with data-driven insights for EV charging site decisions.

You will translate complex location data into actionable business recommendations, present to senior stakeholders, and train customers on using ChargePlanner to monitor health and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technical/economical or business with data technology emphasis.
• 2–4 years of EV market experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English; Dutch native language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and prepare ChargePlanner outputs for customer conversations and validate analyses for client context.
• Lead training sessions and follow-up calls; monitor account health and expansion signals.
• Maintain strong relationships across the lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and churn prevention.
