Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a skilled EV Charging Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repair of EV charging stations across the U.S. The role requires electrical expertise, field experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will work with OEM test protocols, document work orders in CMMS, and ensure safety standards on every site. We provide industry training, company vehicle, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years EVSE field service experience in power equipment.
• Journeyman Electrician preferred; state licensing as required.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• CMMS and MS Office proficiency for field work.
• English fluency for safety and communication on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform OEM testing, repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance on EV charging equipment from Level 2 to DCFC.
• Electrical testing including insulation, thermal imaging and torque testing.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and isolate faults.
• Review site manuals/drawings to service equipment safely.
• Take ownership from scheduling to completion with accurate field reports.
• Conduct site safety assessments and complete OSHA-related docs.
