Pearce is seeking a skilled EV Charging Field Service Technician to repair and maintain EV charging stations across a designated region in the United States. The role requires independent field work, adherence to safety protocols, and strong problem-solving abilities with electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers, using CMMS for work orders, and ensuring site documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ equivalent experience servicing electrical power equipment in commercial or utility energy fields.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply manuals and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• English proficiency required for safe operations and team communication.

Aufgaben

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to EV charging equipment including Level 2 and DC fast chargers.
• Conduct insulation, thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to ensure timely work orders and updates.
• Document site work and maintain accurate field reports and CMMS entries.
