Pearce Services is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repair of EV charging stations in Idaho. You will conduct electrical checks, safety reviews, and field reporting, working independently across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in servicing electrical power equipment in the commercial/utility energy field.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience using CMMS to generate, track, and complete site work requirements.
• Proficient in reading/writing/speaking English for safe job performance.

Aufgaben

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to EV chargers (Level 2 to DC Fast).
• Test equipment including insulation tests, thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and locate/ isolate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to meet work orders on time.
• Review site manuals/drawings to ensure proper service and maintenance.
• Field maintenance, reporting, and PPE compliance across locations.
