Zusammenfassung

Pearce Services is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Electrician to repair and maintain EV charging stations across the Northwest. The role requires independent field work, site safety, and timely reporting of site conditions and work orders.

Responsibilities include testing and repairing Level 2 EV chargers and DC fast chargers, using CMMS for work orders, and documenting activities for client sites. Local travel and outdoor work are common.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical – Journeyman level certification required.
• 2+ years’ experience servicing electrical power equipment in commercial/utility energy.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of EV chargers or power electronics preferred.
• Experience using CMMS to track and complete site work requirements.
• English proficiency required for safe communication.

Aufgaben

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades on EV chargers from Level 2 to DC fast chargers.
• Test equipment via insulation testing, thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluation.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to keep maintenance on track and complete work orders.
• Review site manuals/drawings to ensure proper servicing and maintenance.
